Not Sure - yet!

I was drawn to amethyst, citrine, tigers eye, red jasper, and kyanite. I am just getting into crystals and not quite sure what they all mean or the powerful energy they carry. Can someone help me to figure how I can charge them to positively release the good energy within them all, as well as mySelf?

Gemstone Love

Rose quartz is such a treasure from this earth. Having it near, I feel it's energies. It's sitting here in front of me at the moment. Under the pillow, it helps to give/receive love, it's been a stone that I will always carry. Hematite is a stone that brings out my personal power, especially if I wear it around my neck, like a choker, it feels too good. I've went thru 4 chokers! lol

Gemstone Love

I love answering this question! My favorite gemstone to use for anything is rose quartz. I recommend to everyone to taking a rose quartz bath. Once you do, you will from now on. The energy that a rose quartz carries leads to our hearts which warms the entire being! I also use this stone for heart to heart distant healing. It comforts as well as gives as well as brings in love. I respect the world of stones, this one I make Queen of Gemstones. :D

Jade

Blue Lace Agate & Clear Quartz

My current favorite crystal is blue lace agate. It has helped me to communicate and express myself much more authentically, powerfully and effortlessly. Keeping a clear quartz pointed crystal helps amplify the energy of surrounding stones and absorbs negative energies while balancing all chakras. I really love rose quartz as well. After carrying / sleeping next to rose quartz for a week, many blockages have noticeably been released. Celestite and amethyst are also very precious to me. I just ordered some citrine and have a feeling it is going to be very special to me. I also love malachite, lapus lazuli, bloodstone, & chrysoprase. I could go on forever! lol

Quartz Pencil

I always carry my quartz pencil wherever I go. It gives me lot of security and confidence. It is also my treatment tool. I do Reiki with it on others also. My gem always protects me from evil and accidents. It has been proved many times. I also wear white quartz.

There are no accidents!

I wear a double terminated quartz crystal everyday. It is a part of me and my vibration. Keeping the energy of light flowing from the creator through me into the earth. From time to time I pick out a few selections from my crystal box to carry for the day. Whatever calls or I am attracted to all serves a purpose.

I Carry Jade for Protection

I carry a jade stone in bag because I've always been attracted to its soft colour and for protection. I live in Johannesburg which is a very busy and violent city and have been advised by a feng shui master that jade could be a form of protection.

Amethyst and Lapis

Of all the gemstones, my personal favourites are amethyst and lapis lazuli. They empower and protect me. Malachite and black onyx are also good. But all stones have to be cleaned and given energy. I collect stones and keep them in a pyramid to charge.

Aqua Aura Keeps Me Balanced

Aqua Aura is a very personal stone and seems to resonate with me, keeping me balanced. I wear it along with a clear quartz crystal for a little extra energy!

Hematite for Grounding and Protection

I like hematite for its healing properties. Hematite can also be used for grounding and protection. During out-of-the-body journeying, it protects the soul and grounds it back into the body. Hematite dissolves negativity and prevents negative energies from entering the aura, restoring peace and harmony to the body.

Rose Quartz

My fav is rose quartz. It has helped me so much during my recent rough patch. As soon as I hold it to my thymus I immediately feel at peace.

Love Enhancing Rose Quartz

I know nothing about what gemstones are about (that's one reason I joined this site) but I recall mention of love being associated with rose quartz. So, I wore my rose quartz bracelet to bed the other night. He: "You have your bracelet on?" Me: "Yeah. Love is going to be enhanced." He: "We've got a ton of love here right now." [he wraps his arms tighter around me] He continues: "Besides, the one who loves this bracelet the most is the guy who made lots of money selling it to you." So much for that...

Block Clearing Crystals

My favourite crystals are Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli and Malachite. These are major which can clear the blocks in our body and mind. Rose quartz relieves all the body tensions. Amethyst clears the major blocks. Lapis Lazuli clears eye vision and Malachite is related to kidney problem.

Amethyst

My favorite spiritual stone is amethyst. I especially like deep purple amethysts, although the lighter shades supposedly carry the same healing properties as the darker ones. Just a personal preference I guess. I hold an amethyst sphere in my hands during meditation to help open up my crown chakra so I a can better communicate with my spiritual teachers in higher planes. I have also tucked a smaller amethyst stone inside my pillowcase at bedtime to assist me with lucid dreaming and astral flight.

Golden Topaz and Moonstone

I like golden topaz with its warm and healing sun energy. The energies housed in this stone feels uplifting and optimistic. I am also attracted to moonstone, it suits my nurturing nature. Whereas topaz awakens me, moonstone mellows me.
