What My Bad Habit Was
I was in an emotional rut. I was NOT OK with anything in my life, but if I tried changing it, I'd feel like it wasn't going to work out. Because the past is full of useless attempts - and I'd keep losing hope even before I'd really started.
How I Managed to Break It
I found out that one of my most basic problems was that I was so energy starved and that this was because of having an unnatural sleep routine. I corrected that by waking up early every day.
I also needed to really detoxify myself of old hurts and pains still lingering in me.
Most importantly I began to be in my body more. Not always thinking and thinking and judging. Just enjoying life.
Advice
- Sleep well.
- Stop thinking too much, start doing.
- Dance.
