Type of Dream I Had
A recurring dream about my children as babies (but they're now in their 40s) and they're either in danger or sick.
What My Dream Meant to Me
They're in the water and seemed to be drowning, or they're sick. But during the whole time in the dream, they are speaking as adults even though I see them in my dream as babies. It is a rather disturbing scenario in the dream, and in it I almost feel as though I have no control over their peril, but then in their adult voice, they seem to be reassuring me that they'll be all right.
Lessons Learned
- I don't know for sure. Perhaps it has something to do with my worry over their future even as adults.
- The babies in the dream probably represent how I feel about my grown children they're still my babies.
