Guide Review - Hang Ups F5000 Inversion Table
I originally saw the Teeter Hang Ups inversion table featured on a television infomercial. Not one to buy on impulse I did some research and price comparison on the Internet. Expect to pay $325-$375. Some distributors also offer free shipping. My primary reason for deciding to purchase my table was to treat early indications of osteoporosis, improve my blood circulation, and for relieving daily stresses. Ten minutes once or twice a day on the table helps me get the kinks out of compressed joints and relaxes any muscle fatigue. It gives a good stretch that really feels great! FYI - Inversion therapy is an ill-advised therapy for certain health condtions, so be sure to ask the advice of a qualifed health provider beforehand.
