When I wrote my article about meridian tapping and put together a Ten Step Tapping Sequence pictorial a few years back I didn't have any overwhelming emotional issues to test out the results. As I recall I focused on a minor irritation for the sake of testing and the tapping did seem to help. For the life of me I cannot recall what it was, probably frustration or impatience. Learning patience is a life lesson that I struggle with. I remember being enthusiastic enough about the tapping technique that I suggested using it to a couple of family members who were dealing with more looming emotional (anger and fear) issues.
If you try it for yourself please share your Meridian Tapping experience.meditation room or I will soak in a relaxing bath. I explore many healing therapies for the sake of writing about them as well as benefiting from them personally. A major theme in working with energy medicine modalities is having an intention. Intention is so important! It does not surprise me when people have varied experiences because everyone approaches healing differently. If we all had positive experiences with one therapy there wouldn't be A to Z therapies to try, there would only be THE ONE. Wouldn't that be something? We'd all be healthy and I'd be out of work!
