Interesting – I knew that prayer flags are used in Nepal, but didn’t realize that American Indian tribes use them as well.

I thought I knew quite a bit about Native American traditions, but I hadn’t heard of prayer ties. I’ll be on the lookout for them the next time I visit an area where Native American culture is evident.

me too i have read a lot about native americans and i never heard or read in the books about prayer with a tie flag.
