Spinning Chakras

In My Mailbox Today...

A blog commenter asks Do you know which way the chakras spin for health and balance?

The short answer is "clockwise." Imagine a wall clock hanging on your chest to visualize if the spinning is clockwise or counter-clockwise. However, the direction of the spin does not tell the whole story. If your chakras are not spinning clockwise, then your health and well-being will not in optimum balance. But, even when a chakra is spinning clockwise, the movement of the spin (too slow, too fast, too outreaching, lopsided, oval spin rather than circular, etc.) can indicate problems. I was trained how to measure chakras by a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School. I will measure the spinning energies of individual chakras through intention while using a wooden pendulum attached to a string or by scanning the chakra with the palm of my hand.

I have experimented with my own chakras by visualizing each of my chakras slowing down and then mentally prompting them to spin out in reverse (counter-clockwise) one by one. My intent for the reverse spin action is to rid my human energy field of any lingering stagnant energies I had mistakenly magnetized and clung on to. Kind of like tricking unwelcome guests to leave your home by insulting them. The process is quite interesting.

Question in regards to the spinning chakra: I have felt the ajna spin many times and it is usually clockwise, but as of late it is more of a cone shaped alcove which expands and contracts. Do you know the meaning/reason for this? Namaste

(2) Jo-Anne Eadie says:

If you hold a pendulum over a mans crown chakra and ask which direction is this chakra spinning, the pendulum goes in a counter clockwise direction.

If you hold a pendulum over a mans crown chakra and ask about the health or well being of the chakra, a healthy non blocked chakra spins in a clockwise direction.

By just asking which direction the chakra is spinning, on a man it goes counter clockwise, third eye – clockwise, throat – counter clockwise, heart – clockwise and so on down the body.

A woman is exactly opposite so that when they stand together at each chakra, they match ying and yang. Her crown chakra is spinning clockwise to his counter clockwise and so on down the body.

Check it out yourself.

Do the chakras spin alternately clockwise and counterclockwise as Jo-Ann was saying or do they all spin clockwise?

Also I am interested in learning about the Barbara Brennan technique you are speaking of, Phylameana, can you share a bit more on that?

And thank you your always AMAZING and TIMELY blogs & information.

I had a friend tell me that two of the chakras are suppose to spin counter-clockwise. Is this true? It seems rather strange to me, but before I visualize, I want to make sure I’m doing it right.

How fast do chakras spin? I was holding a reiki hand position on my friend’s crown chakra and felt a clockwise energy rotation around her head at about 70 or 80 revolutions per minute, by my best guess. Can anyone who can feel chakras spin tell me if that is about the right rate of rotation for a crown chakra for a healthy person? If not, what is the normal rate of spin on a healthy person? What about other chakras? Thanks.
