Planning A Stress Free Holiday Menu

Saturday November 22, 2008
One of the least stressful Thanksgiving Day dinners that I ever prepared consisted of two food items: Frozen turkey pot pies and root beer floats. My kids were young and they loved it! You might not be able to get off that easily but there are ways to minimize the stresses that come from preparing a "gluttonous" meal... you simply need to take a few steps away from the traditional fixin's and simplify your menu.

Preparing an imperfect Thanksgiving Day Dinner just may be your ticket to enjoying the day with your friends and family without the fuss and stresses of preparing a twelve course meal with all the trimmings. And with simple menu planning you'll be able to avoid the congested crowds at the grocery market.

To help ease the stress this Thanksgiving, I am sending Reiki to the future, for everyone in my family to be safe during traveling, for the family to get along wonderfully, and may we all be joyful and happy! Sending Reiki to future events works great for me. Of course, I will also be wearing my crystal healing jewelry that always keep my vibration up~! Thanks, Audra

Projecting Reiki love energies toward future events such as family gatherings is a great idea!
