I have lucid dreams quite frequently. I have trouble waking in the mornings - so my alarm clock is set for 6:30 - but I hit the snooze til 6:40, 6:50 etc - until I finally drag my butt up at about 7:30 each day.... As I am drifting off between these alarm induced wakening, I have the most intense lucid dreams - and in my mind, I don't want to stop them. So can anyone suggest a way for me to somehow reprogram my brain to just get the heck out of bed and not drift back to sleep? I sometimes feel addicted - to falling back to sleep to see what comes next...read full message

Try telling yourself to wake up, early before going to bed.Set your alarm to loud and put it somwhere nearby in your room, so everytime it rings you have to get up and turn it off, aswell turn on your tv to help wake you up. Spend weekends or days when you dont have to get up so early in the morning, and enjoy your lucid dreams =).
