- Until recently I overlooked this powerful gem. I have been a crystal addict for many years but have recently opened my own business and am having to remember all my gem information for customers. I did a little refresher on sodalite and became a huge fan! We use it for elixirs to motivate, energize and detox, and in a new healing centre this is brilliant for us all. Sodalite is a much undervalued stone.

Helps Throat Chakra Issues
- Sodalite helps with 5th chakra issues such as being able to express myself verbally and also thyroid problems, hypothyroid..., sore throats and laryngitis. It was one of the first stones I wrapped and often wear it on a shortish chain so that it can be near the throat chakra. I do find I have to clear it very often, esp. when I am trying to express my feelings without hurting others in the process.

Soldalite Addresses Sexual Abuse Issues
- Sodalite is the stone that I have used the most to heal from sexual abuse. It has helped with balancing out many issues around my sexuality. It helps to keep those who shut down sexually to open up and it helps those who are constantly centering themself in their sexuality to close that aspect down to balance out that energy. To me it is truly the balancing stone for sexuality.
