What My Birthmark Looks Like
My body is a shrine to birthmarks, I have so many.
How I Feel About My Birthmark
I have one on my upper left arm in the shape of Australia. On my upper right arm a small mark in the shape of Africa. I have a heart shaped one on my hip. A really small circular one on m right hand. An oval shaped one on my left foot where the big toe and second toe meet. I also have a few on my back. Sometimes its really hard to wear tops as I hate to be seen with them, have too many. Some I haven't mentioned here.
Lessons Learned
- My mum says I’ve had them since birth, and as I got darker so did the marks (I’m an Indian, Asian).
- She also says birthmarks are considered good luck, as it means that you will have many lives ahead.
