Smoking for 27 years, up to a pack a day or more on bad days.
How I Managed to Break It
After 27 years of smoking I managed to break the habit after several tries by starting a walking program and tapering down beforehand. When I realized I was having difficulty taking a deep breath I was able to finally stop smoking. It takes practice to quit. Walking and eating peppermints really helped me quit. Also more importantly my faith in God.
Advice
- You can do it if you just NEVER GIVE UP TRYING.
