I love Reiki because it immediately connects you with spiritual energy, which can increase intuitive awareness, enhance and promote healing and wellness, and empower you to help others as well. I love teaching Reiki and showing others how easy it is to tap into this unlimited source of energy.

- Kundalini Reiki is a Reiki modality that does not require hand positions or symbols. Intention is the way the Reiki is "directed." It is strong and simple to learn.
- Mindful, regular Reiki practice is beneficial.
