About Me and Why I Blog
I have been teaching martial arts for more than 20 years. About 8 years ago I began concentrating on T'ai Chi. My experience working in an assisted living facility led to the creation of a seated exercise program based on this ancient martial art. The amazing benefits experienced by my students inspired me to write a blog for those who are temporarily unable to pursue their usual fitness programs and those who have physical limitations or are confined to a wheelchair.
What I Write About in My Blog
I offer new seated exercises weekly for people of all ages and levels of fitness. The benefits from the practice of these exercises include improved lung capacity, reduction of stress, lower blood pressure, improved circulation, increased energy, toned muscles, stronger bones and balance of mind, body and spirit.
Advice
- Talk to your readers as though they were sitting in front of you.
- Don't use too many technical terms-put what you have to say in everyday language.
- Find a niche market for your blog.
