About Me and Why I Blog
I blog about holistic healing because I was sick for 6 years and in chronic pain and was told I would never be well. In healing myself I found my passion for healing and for gathering resources for others to find their own power to heal. It is my intention to provide a toolbox of different modalities and means to heal.
What I Write About in My Blog
I write about different modalities of Holistic Healing. I write about my experiences being a Reconnective Healing Practitioner. I write about what I learn and the resources I gather. I write about empowering stories I hear and anything that can give inspiration to others to heal from within. I write about consciousness, personal development and healing. I write highlighting new teachers, movies and leaders in consciousness, spirituality and healing.

"The more I study the more I realize the unlimited power in each and every one of us. Healing myself to many people might seem amazing because I did what doctors said was impossible. In reality it was one of the easiest yet THE most life changing thing I have ever done. We all have inner healing abilities. Just as your cuts and scrapes heal because you know nothing different and EXPECT them to – your whole body has the same capabilities. It is in recognizing this power and harnessing it that you can truly begin to heal.
