My Purpose for Automatic Writing
Someone mentioned to me a process of asking questions, being still and quiet and waiting to "hear" the answer. How wonderful that it truly worked.
About My Automatic Writing Session
It is as if I am tapped into universal knowledge. It is just one voice that speaks and is very inclusive of everyone and everything in a very positive and uplifting message. Wise, simple and to the point.
Advice
- Get some paper and a pen.
- Take several deep breaths to center yourself.
- Ask any question you would like to know, however form your question so that it is not a yes or no answered question.
- Use "What", "How", "When", Where", "Who" types of questions that need conversation.
- Write the question three times one under the other.
- Look to the ceiling and repeat the question in your mind three times.
- Still your mind, and quietly wait to hear the answer.
- Do not worry about spelling punctuation or grammar.
- With the answer form it back into another question to continue the dialogue being weary of yes or no questions.
Additional Comments
As you get skilled at the question answer sessions you can then stretch the focus, listening and transcribing skills. It is best to do automatic writing sessions after a good quiet meditation.
