Healing Hands

We often think of our mothers as our primary nurturer. There are many reasons for this, but one is because of the tasks nurturing mothers perform with their hands which show us how much they love us. It is our mothers' hands that tucked us in at bedtime when we were children. Mothers handcraft clothing to keep us feeling cozy and warm. A mother prepares delicious homecooked meals with her hands to nourish our bodies. I'm not discounting all the caring fellows in our midst, both genders possess nurturing hands. But, moms especially seem to have a knack for nurturing.
