When is the last time you "shook off your duties" and played hooky? At least once a year (maybe more often) everyone needs a day off from work. Not a day to catch up on errands, or to tend to chores at home that have piled up, but taking a whole day just to relax or do something fun just for you! Calling in sick when your fever is spiking doesn't count either. Indulging in a full day simply for your own pleasure is an absolute must for your mental health. Do It! You'll feel better for it.
