Never go to bed angry. This may seem like
relationship advice 101, and it is. But, it is also good advice for assuring a good night's sleep. Restful slumber is not going to occur if your mind is sputtering and stewing. Resolve your issues with your partner before your head hits the pillow. At the very least, agree on a specific time to sit down tomorrow to discuss your differences. You'll
sleep better knowing that your concerns are going to be listened to in the a.m.
