Our comfort zones can begin feeling uncomfortable when they become too restrictive. Do something -ANYTHING- differently today. Free yourself from the prison of your own making. Do something impromptu that you normally would never do to break up the monotony of routine. It doesn't have to be anything major, think of it as baby steps. Whatever your routine is today, take a simple alternate action. For example, if it is market day, drive across town and shop at a different market instead of the one in your neighborhood. Or, maybe try switching chores with your spouse today. You can take out the garbage and your honey can fold the laundry. Reversing roles or doing a routine task differently can set you onto another path and get you out of your zone!
