When Halloween rolls around each year I use it as an opportunity to educate people about the so called "psychic vampires." We all have energy-sucking tendencies to some degree. It is important to keep from draining other people's energy and also protect ourselves from being energetically drained. Are you tired of other people sucking your energy and making you tired? Say firmly and clearly aloud, "No one else can have my energy. My need to give is fulfilled through healthy means."
