Recently I found myself at a pretty difficult spot in my own personal process. I am well versed in and have access to many modalities of energy healing, but decided to try Deb Schnitta's audiotapes on Cellular Expansion and Healing as a tool. The experience was profound! Listening to the tapes I found myself being held by a soft, gentle yet powerful energy that I can only describe as a state of grace. Within that grace, I broke open. Wave after wave of deeply held and unconscious anguish surfaced for release. I felt this anguish coming from such a deeply guarded part of myself that I didn't know existed. Somehow, the energy transmitted from the tapes fed me at the level I needed to allow tremendous release to occur. I have never had an experience of such depth in any healing work or therapeutic situation. According to the included book, Cellular Expanson works on the premise that imbalance, whether physical, emotional or mental, has consciousness, and it is by accessing that consciousness that the secrets to healing are revealed. In order to evolve to the next stage, we must unwind the energy or consciousness of the patterns that created the illness or issue we are working with. Otherwise, we may remove the targeted illness, but with the template of creation still intact, symptoms simply return in other forms. By transforming the consciousness that created the imbalance or issue, the body no longer holds the template of creation, and balance can return.
