Scott K. Smith is a graduate of Silicon Valley College and a self taught artist, his work has been shown in LA, Lake Tahoe and Newark, California; appearing in more than a few journals and magazines for the American Red Cross, Blood Services; the White Crane Journal; and numerous auctions for charitable organizations such as Children of the Night Foundation, MuchLove.org and the Best Friends Animal Network.Scott has worked as an energetic healer since he was small and a Reiki practitioner most of his adult life. He has been a professional intuitive, since 1989.In late 1993 he worked with Astrid to open Astral HopeChest (Newark, CA).
Founded Otherhoodlight in 1999, based on the Other, the Liminal being. Otherhoodlight.com was dissolved in 2007, to make room for Lifencompass.

Lifencompass is an evolution on the ideas seeded in Scott's original site, Otherhoodlight... the life force energy encompasses all things, all people, all life; as above so below, each of us a part of that energy, that energy of all things a part of us. From this idea, Lifencompass was born.
Location:
Scott was born in Champaign, IL but grew up for the most part in Northern California Bay Area. He has lived in San Francisco, Manhattan, Lake Tahoe, and Quetzaltenango (Guatemala). Currently he resides in Los Angeles?s blossoming Downtown, LA working with a Real Estate team as a Culture Guardian.
