Education / Experience:
Sheryl Bard was trained at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the nations only accredited school in its field with over 700 hours of accelerated education required for certification. Additionally, she has been extensively mentored by internationally known and respected, Dr. Deborah Cooper. Sheryl is also dedicated to mentoring hypnotherapy students to pass on her knowledge and experience.
Healing Modalities:
Sheryl uses a variety of techniques such as Guided Imagery, Dream Therapy, Mental Bank, Handwriting Analysis, Neuro- Linguistic Programming and sometimes even Past Life Regression Therapy to achieve optimum results. In each unique session, she cultivates a feeling of safety and trust, giving you encouragement, validation, gentleness, and motivation.

Sheryl has achieved the level of Master Therapeutic Imagery Facilitator to further her skills as a practitioner and to offer the highest quality service to her clients.
