Message therapy is a real therapy, really! Okay, I made message therapy up. But, therapy can be anything that makes a person feel better or promotes healing. For example, gardening is therapy, boxing can be a therapy, journaling is also a therapy. Message therapy is when kind words spoken out loud lighten the spirit. You can speak the therapeutic message or hear the message. Both ways are therapeutic!
