Message for the Finalists: - Congratulations! I'm in the process of creating permanent profiles for you, your products, and your services. I had hoped to have more of them in place before the voting got underway. But, not to worry... I'm plugging away on writing them. It's a big undertaking for me to create over 100 profile (23 contests with 5 finalists each)... please allow me some extra time to get this work done. I'm so happy for you my heart is bursting open. The 2012 Readers' Choice Awards for Holistic Healing will the best personalities, favorite social media spots, top books, trusted healing tools, and other high quality products favored by the holistic healing community. This is your opportunity to give your voice through nominations and votes to give recognition where it is deserved.

About the Voting Phase: Five finalists from each category will be announced following the nomination period on February 22. Voting phase of this competition will run from February 22 through March 21. Winners will be posted on March 30.New this Year: Many of the categories are the same that were featured in the 2011 Readers' Choice Awards, however, there have been a few changes. New to the contest this year is Best Inspirational Personality within the Holistic Healing Community, healer tools, and meditation tools. Also, in the Social Media category Facebook pages and Twitter accounts focused on Reiki and Chakra Healing are among those to be awarded.

1. Favorite Inspirational Personalities
Holistic Healing
Who do feel is deserving to be awarded the 2012 Readers' Choice Award as the most inspirational personality (i.e: spiritual teacher, motivational speaker, healer, author, or wellness innovator) in the field of holistic healing. Nominations can be of anyone currently living OR anyone no longer with us in the physical. Edgar Cayce, Edward Bach, Hawayo Takata, Janet Mengen, and Daniel David Palmer come to mind among those who have departed this world. Nominee suggestions among the living include Dr. Andrew Weil, Barbara Brennan, Esther Hicks, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson... there are too many worthy candidates to name here. I leave it to you to do the nominating and tell me your favorites!
