Definition: Light touch is applied to the spinal reflexes on the hands, feet, and head to release "stuck" energies. The intention of this type of touching is to bring about change, allowing the recipient to break free of limiting attitudes and beliefs. The Metamorphic Technique originated from Robert. S.
