Wouldn't it be nice to be able to rewind the clock and and be given the chance to change an outcome? As much as we might want it, righting our wrong doings or being granted do-overs is not always possible. The fact that you are now able to look back and realize that a mistake or mis-step occurred means you have learned a lesson. Be grateful
for your mistakes. They have as much to do with the person you have become as your triumphs. No one is perfect, thank goodness! Besides, it humbles the individual to embrace his human foibles. Because of our own shortcomings
we become more compassionate, and forgiving, of others.
The first step to living a life without regrets is to acknowledge that your mistakes in the past have led you to where you are today. Do you really want a do-over? Or do you simply want to begin doing things differently moving forward?
