Definition:
The principle behind biorhythms is that our lives are affected by three primary cycles: Physical, Emotional, and Intellectual. When any of the individual cycles are at a high point, things we do that require aspects of that trait are more successful. When any of the individual cycles are at a low point the reverse is true. Some people routinely monitor their biorhythms and act accordingly.

Examples: Patricia checked her biorhythms before planning her vacation to assure that her energy levels would be high during the travel times to help her cope with possible travel delays or other problems that might arise.
