Question: How To Best Handle High Blood Pressure And Blood Sugar Problems

Full Question: I need to know how to best handle my high blood pressure and blood sugar related problems in a holistic way. Prefer to use natural and holistic means. Do not want to use prescription medicines. Thank you.

V.K., female, age 69

Answer:
High blood pressure and high blood sugar problems are becoming more and more common in the USA. What I would recommend for your high blood pressure is a combination of shark cartilage and the Chinese herb, Cordyceps sinensis.

A major study in Canada has shown that a daily supplement of 180mg of shark cartilage extract with 20mg of cordyceps extract had a 75% success rate in obtaining healthy blood pressure rates.

There are commercial products that combine both of these. The one used in the study was called "Pressure-FX."

As for your blood sugar, 150mg of Vanadyl Sulfate per day would be helpful. Talk to your doctor about using the prescription drug Metformin, which is very safe, and is one of the best life extensions drugs.

Be Well,
