How often do you shrug off pain? Not a good idea. Pain is the body's way of communicating that something is out of whack. The body's first cries are usually subtle, but if ignored the
root cause of the imbalance is left to fester and the pain will intensify. Become your body's best friend by learning to
listen to your body when it talks. This doesn't mean you have to call the doctor every time you sneeze or feel crampy. Just, don't ignore it. Acknowledge that something is amiss and make a note to keep a watch out for more signs. Understanding what is normal in your body will help you better understand when something abnormal is occurring.
