Answer: Dear Ray,
There are a number of reasons that cats spray. If they are not neutered, or if they have a urinary tract infection, or if they are marking their territory. If you have already had the health issues checked out, then you may need to try a deterrent, such as Feliway, which you spray on the area once a day.
