| caroltuttle | Consider the possibility that as we challenge our limiting condition whether it be physical or emotional in nature the answers our held in our DNA |

| caroltuttle | Maybe we have created all these painful limiting conditions just to help us evolve. In the healing of them we activate the stored information or what you might call a blueprint for healing that is held in our DNA |
| sage | the best example of that is AIDS where people have been noted to change their DNA and are no longer effected by the disease.. |

| caroltuttle | We are calling forth the evolution of ourselves because they answers we are seeking our already in us |
| caroltuttle | They believe very deeply they will heal. And their mind body systems creates it. We are only held back by our beliefs |
| sage | simplistically through our thoughts and emotions that we hold for ourselves..... |
| caroltuttle | If you can get enough cells in your body believing in what you want you will create it |
| nickie9 | How do we change those beliefs? |
| caroltuttle | So the thing to ask yourself is how much of me holds this belief. RET clears at a cellular level the limiting beliefs that are engaged there |
| bunny | I tell myself that I am beautiful and every day that I go out I am told otherwise...I am trying to be strong and gain strength and courage no matter how hard I try still I get the same responses |
| caroltuttle | RET would really help that so your conscious active beliefs would be able to manifest what you want |
| nickie9 | My spirit guide told me that as a child, I knew how much I was not wanted. My immune system compromised itself |
| caroltuttle | If you are active in consciously choosing affirmative thoughts and you are not experiencing the results of them. You have deeper beliefs that are still vibrating and attracting to you what you are getting. Many people have compromised their existence and have shrunk their energy fields and flows down so significantly it is as if they are not here energetically but they are still walking around in a body. |

| nickie9 | None of it was on a conscious level by me as a little girl |
| sage | Does your guide have a name and a sign? |
| caroltuttle | Not all spirit guides come from the light. |
| nickie9 | No. He told me that as a child, I had a "knowing" of how unwanted I was that subconsciously, my immune system didn't function as it should in order for me to try to "leave." |
| bunny | I was teased as a little girl and I know my family felt upset by it and I am a grown up now and still teased...no matter where I am or live...I still consider myself beautiful but it hurts hurts so bad that sometimes it messes with my immune system too |

| nickie9 | The knowledge did not hurt me now. It helps make sense of so many things. |
| caroltuttle | bunny your innerchild is still holding the pattern of teasing and that can easily be cleared and that part of you freed of that experience |
| nickie9 | He is telling me things to help me understand. He does not hurt me. He IS in the light. |
| bunny | I have accomplished so much in my life and still am but it hurts |

| sage | then it is a matter of honoring that belief of getting you where you are today so that you can release it to move forward.. |

| nickie9 | It helped me understand and I am processing moving past it. I can't work on what I don't know. |

| nickie9 | He told me my soul volunteered for this suffering so that I might be able to help others here as well as when I'm on the other side. |

| caroltuttle | that is one of the beauty's of RET your system know what is ready to be cleared it is not necessary to keep identifying all of it |
