I was personal physician to Maximilian von Habsburg
Memory: I was personal physician to Maximilian von Habsburg during his occupation of Mexico. I stood beside him as he was shot on June 6, 1867. I left Austria with him and his Empress Carlotta and journeys to Mexico with them. They were a very deluded couple who convinced themselves that Mexico needed them. Actually they were puppets of the French. Carlotta had a psuedo pregnancy wich I attended. No amount of advice from me could convince her that she wasn't having a baby. I was totally devoted to Maximilian, having been with him for many years. I chose to be with him in his last moments. He has reincarnated as a famous person today but I do not live near him. I am also not a doctor now.
