whorsew: yes one, okay then we have the four parts of being human each relating to a direction, but it is without motion that is center when you check yourself you ask is everything okay in each of these parts. do i need help with one of them? do i feel each of them? is one of them fighting with another one of them? is one reacting to another one of them? then start to align them, fine tune so to speak...this is the center blue
