I am one person of many who gets bummed out by the oncoming winter months, SAD. I know there are companies mentioned in the web pages, who sell 'light boxes', but the prices they charge can be very high, too high for most people who suffer from SAD and related depression. There are simpler, much less expensive solutions. One that I tell people about costs only $20, more or less. General Electric Chroma 50, 40 watt fluorescent bulb. (GE #F40C50) that fits into any 50 inch fluorescent fixture. Please pass this along to anyone who needs SAD help.
