first off, examine areas in your life that aren't running really smoothly. Go deep within and be the Indiana Jones in search of the treasure. What beliefs are you carrying around this situation. What image are you holding onto that is blocking you. Once you've indentified those beliefs/images. Start to notice how they keep popping up in your life over and over.

I would like to recomend to everyone, a book by Anthony Robbins, called Unlimeted Power, It deals with images and how to change them ,,,,,, using NLP, neuro linguistic programming,,,,, the method is powerful and has helped me to overcome lonliness, depression, drugs and alcahol, to mention a few
