I was an aristocrat in France:
Memory: I am a 15 year old girl and I've had night terrors all my life. Even now, I still wake up screaming. In the past year I've done some past-life regression to try and figure out what I'm so frightened of still. Though I haven't found the source of my fear, I've found that I was once something of an aristocrat right before and during the French Revolution. I dreamed that I was a person (I really am unsure of gender, though I believe I was a man of about 23 or 24).
I died in quite an unpleasant way. I was in my carriage leaving the city during the revolution and it was lit on fire.(when I say lit, I mean some peasant made my carraige burst into a huge fireball.) I managed to jump out and break a couple of ribs, but then either I died of shock or I was beat to death. I remember an intense pain- like I imagine a bug feels when it gets stepped on, and then nothingness.
I am still quite fuzzy on details but I meditate on it almost daily.I just wish I could find the source of my night terrors.
