I knew my name had been Naomi:
Memory: I dreamed I was a woman in my mid 20's living sometime in late 1800's. I just learned my husband had been killed and I felt so much sadness and loneliness. I remember raised wooden sidewalks, dust everywhere, green awnings on a lot of the businesses and many Chinese people in the town. I was just an average woman with a personality much like my own today. The grief was intense.
I knew my name had been Naomi and my husband's was Franklin, he was a deputy and had been shot in the back while in a shallow creek bed. Unlike any dream I have had since and that was more than 25 years ago. I felt like I had gone back to a very traumatic time in a past life, never had that feeling before or since.
