Beautifully produced meditation CD with Paula Muran guiding you through the 12 chakras. The natural spin of chakras is clockwise, so imagining the chakras spinning counter-clockwise throughout this meditation feels a bit off-centering at first, similar to how it would feel if your were walking backwards in a circle. Paula Muran says that chaos effects change and this is why the counterclockwise motion in the meditation works to restore balance and inner peace. My favoritie part of the tape is the imagery of golden snowflakes falling downward from the highest chakra filling the white-light filled cylinder of the whole chakra system. This CD is very healing and comforting.
