Before I announce this week's carnival edition I want to take a moment to send some love to everyone who sent in there congratulatory emails or posted comments about our 100th edition. I really appreciate it!

The Process of Being is the host blog for this week's edition of the Carnival of Healing. This is Sharmila Mali's first time hosting. She calls her multi-themed edition Carnival of Healing: Changing, Doing, Being – Tools and thought provoking perspectives on these aspects of our lives.

Although battling the nasties that are associated with a summer cold she still managed to get the carnival in place. And it looks great! Bummer to have a cold over Labor Day weekend. I hope you get better and are feeling more energetic real soon Sharmila. ((((hugs))))
