Do you have a safe place to vent your emotions? Also, do you have someone, a friend or partner, who supports you when you exhibit your feelings openly? It is important to have our feelings validated. I don't ever like to hear from someone that what I'm feeling is wrong. Actually I don't think feelings are right or wrong - they just are.
