A few days ago I blogged a response to an empathic reader who was seeking relief for the Unbearable Pain she was experiencing following the new of the tragic Newtown CT shooting. To say it has been a tough week would be putting it mildly. The shock hasn't worn off, the wounds are deep. Another reader has reached out seeking answers. Katherine asks "How can we heal ourselves and our society so this doesn't happen again?"
This heartfelt question was posed to Anandra George, our Ask an Intuitive Life Coach columnist. Anandra responds with much love and wisdom. If you are wanting to do more than offer prayers for the Newtown community, OR if you are needing to move past your overwhelming feelings grief and anger Anandra offers two things you can do that can transform feelings of hurt, anger, disgust, and injustice into connecting to and showing compassion for others.
In her response Anandra says "In the wake of this tragedy, let's each recommit to keeping that thread of connection alive... it is as simple as turning towards it, consciously and wholeheartedly. We can't control what others think, say, or do, but we have 100% sovereignty over our own ability to love." Read more from Anandra
Each week, we invite a different intuitive to answer a question from a reader. If you'd like to submit a question for Eileen please email her directly.
