Here is where I sit during meditation in my home office. My tailbone rests on the edge of my purple zafu on the floor next to a variegated fig tree. Today the window is open allowing sunshine and a gentle breeze to enter the space.

What a wonderfully serene spot! And a great piece about creating sacred spaces.
Not to mention the great meditation tips. Thank you!
I haven’t tried one of these but sitting for extended periods in meditation can be very hard on the tailbone unless sitting with a straight spine, so this might just be the answer to comfort.
Seems like a peaceful place to meditate!
