Mother's Day is next weekend and I have been thinking about my mom and my own motherhood. My daughter is a young mother now with a daughter of our own. It is such a joy being a woman!When I was a young girl I couldn't wait to grow up and become a woman in my own right. I became a woman at age 13, well at least that is when I leaped into puberty.
Menarche is a special time for a mother to bond with her daughter. Although a mother cannot predict on what day her daughter's first period will start she can make some preliminary preparations for a Menarche Celebration.
