Zen Timer Name Changed to Insight Timer

Different name, but still the same cool App. Insight Timer, formerly called Zen Timer, has a new name because of a trademark dispute. App developer, Brad Fullmer, has changed its name in order to avoid a possible lawsuit. (watch Brad's YouTube announcement video).

Zen Timer was nominated by our readers in the recent 2011 Readers' Choice Awards for Best Mind/Body Apple iPad App. It was chosen to compete for reader votes along with four other finalists. It was awarded third place after the final votes were tallied last week.

Brad assures users that other than the name change nothing else as changed. The app remains the same. Although Brad says this recent update does come with some new features, so be sure to check it out. All versions of the Zen Timer app are now called Insight Timer.
