Dear Madeleine, Last year we lost two members of our family, our 16 year old cat and our 19
year old son (K). Our cat Yummy disappeared on the evening of May 29th and our son died in a car accident early on May 30th. Yummy was K's cat, she was a gift for his third birthday and was more like a mother to him than a cat. They were deeply devoted to each other. I feel that Yummy knew K was going to leave the earth soon and chose to go with him as they were so close in life. I wonder if she died before him and if she is with him in spirit now. I would like to get another cat like her but she was so unique I don't know if that is
possible. Can she and our son send me another cat that will meet my needs?

Oh Tina thank you so much for your enquiry. I feel they have really been looking after each other and will have had many lifetimes together. It shows the depth of their connection that they should pass together, but of course incredibly hard for you. Because you have put that wish 'out there' they will send you a new cat to continue their love with you, so just be open to the right cat finding you. Our lovely dog got killed and almost to the second she died, our new rescue dog was picked up by the dog warden as a lost pup, and we found her at a sanctuary. I know that our dog in spirit sent her to us, as she could no longer stay on the physical plane. So keep thanking them for their love and your new cat will find you very soon, you will recognise a 'knowing' in the eyes- let me know!
