Sierra Sun reports on The Rainbow Bridge's Back to Basics classes which includes sessions about tarot, chakras, astrology, Kirtan music, and more.

BlackNews.com reports on the opening of Class A University, an Atlanta based Law of Attraction Training School. A "Meet & Greet" with the program's founder, Debra Gatlin, is scheduled on September 12th at Atlanta's Buckhead Library.

hula hooping This week the Telegraph.co.uk features hula hooping in an interview with "Hoop Guy" John Parnell, hula hoop teacher and performer. Hula hooping is a favorite among my Chakracises. Here's a bit of hula hoop trivia about my family, my daughter won a local hula hoop contest when she was a teenager. Amber kept the hoop swirling for over an hour. I can barely keep a hula hoop in play for two minutes. If hula hoop isn't your thing, how about jumping rope or fencing?
