With the holiday season just around the corner, cranberries will start to make their yearly appearance for the holidays. Their tangy flavor and bright red color make them a favorite this time of year (it's also when they're most plentiful, as their peak season runs from October to December). I’ve drank cranberry juice for years to cut out UTI’s but never heard it was good for your heart as well. Good info.
Can you believe I’ve never had a cranberry? But I use cranberry juice to keep the uterus and vagina cleansed. It’s very good.
