Salt Crystals - Natural Ion Generators
Lucky ME! This past weekend I got my birthday present a few days early. My husband didn't intend to give me my new Salt Crystal Lamp early, but unfortunately for him (and happily for me) I stepped into the foyer of our home on my way to the upstairs bathroom as he was dragging in a rather hefty box into the house that had just been delivered. He thought I was being kept busy in the kitchen peeling apples. But, no... I ruined his surprise. It didn't help that the contents of the box was written in bold lettering on the box. Oops! Anyway, I was delighted. I actually was given a pair of lamps. I feel so spoiled! I've been wanting a rock crystal lamp for quite awhile, and now I've been doubly blessed. Rock salt lamps are made from salt crystals that are approximately 250 million years old from the Himalayan mountain regions. Mined crystals come in a variety shades including white, pink, peach, orange, and reds. Salt crystal lamps are natural ion generators, emitting negative ions into the atmosphere. Why is this a good thing? Negative ions are good for you! Negative ions restore and neutralize air quality. Negative ions can be used to treat illness and improve health... more about salt crystal lamps and the benefits of negative ions

Thank you for the birthday wishes Pearl.
Oooh! Lamp envy - I haz it!
I have a salt lamp tealight holder which I love. I’ve thought about getting one of the plug-in ones, but just haven’t quite made the leap yet.
Happy birthday to you!
